Hi,

I just stumbled across a very nice cartoon series on the Internet called Neurotically Yours.

The main characters are Germaine and Foamy The Squirrel. The first couple of episodes were a bit boring, but then the creator gave the squirrel a voice, and what can I say… it’s just awesome. I spend a couple of hours watching all the episodes and gathered a list of my favorites.

Hi there,

New Year’s Eve is coming up, and I am getting ready for partying in Bangkok.

I was in Singapore the last three days to get a new visa. what a nice city that is! If it wouldn’t be so expensive, I’d go there more often. I think next time I will go to Hong Kong, it is supposed to be very expensive, too

I just checked my email, and was surprised to get so many responses to my little Christmas mass-email. I am happy to hear that some of you plan to come to my 30th birthday party on February 24th, I am excited to see all of you again!

One of the emails lead me to the myspace site of a friend’s band MINUTIA check it out, they sound promising

Hello everyone!

I just returned from Koh Talu, where my wife and me spend a beautiful weekend together with a friend who is currently visiting us from Germany.

Koh Talu is simply amazing, it has three beautiful white sand beaches, of which only two are developed with Thai style bungalows and resort facilities, the third beach is totally untouched and can only be reached by boat. If you are in Thailand, or better said around Hua Hin, then I suggest you visit Koh Talu, I am sure you will like it!

Have you seen HomesThailand.com yet?

It is my newest creation, and probably the best one so far. HomesThailand.com is a Thailand wide real estate website where real estate agents, real estate project, and home owners can advertise their properties for sale and rent. The best thing about it is that it is free for a basic listing, although we are targeting the big real estate agents and projects which have to pay a monthly fee for premium listings. It took about 7 months programming until the website went online for the first time. Some features are yet to come, and I estimate that I will be sitting for another year programming until all the features are completed.

At the moment the website is only being marketed in Hua Hin, as this is my home town and the few real estate agents that are listing properties are basically helping me making the system perfect for their needs. I was planning to release the website to the public in the beginning of November, but now it looks like the new year celebration will also the the official opening of the website

If you have ever tried to do business in Thailand, you will know how difficult and exhausting it can be to open up a business. This is now the 2nd months of paperwork procedure, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it will be January before I am holding all the papers of the company in my hands. This is one of the main reason, why I have decided to postpone the official opening of the website. Currently the business is running in the name of my beautiful (and soon to be mother) wife, but I don’t think that companies feel very good about doing business with a private Thai business, if they don’t know them personally…

Please have a look at the soon to be Best Real Estate Portal in Thailand, it was and is great fun to work on this project! I hope to be able to direct my focus on two other projects soon, which are still in the pipeline. What projects am I talking about? Well… I think I will tell you another time
