WE ARE NOT CAUSING GLOBAL WARMING, ARE WE?!

once again a friend of mine has showed me something I really need to share. This time it was my friend Don, who unfortunately does not have a homepage, even though he has always been a source of quite interesting… stuff. Him and his girlfriend have been living in Hua Hin for the past year and (unfortunately) just left to moved back to England. On the last night Don said he’d (finaly) visited my homepage, and that he read my global warming article, surprisingly he kind of… rediculed it. I was at first a bit offended, as there are sooooo much evidence about global warming, like the dissapearing of some southers islands of India due to the rise of the sea level, but instead of dissagreeing with me, he said YES, the sea level IS rising and we DO have global warming, but that it is NOT a man made global warming due to CO2 levels in the athmosphere…. to “prove” his point, he sugested to watch a video caled “The great global warming swindle”. So, I went home and searched the Internet for exactly this video, found it, watched it, and.. would have agreed with it 100%, but I am still not convinced that either theory is right… “The great global warming swindle” was produced by the British TV Channel 4, it is well done and researched, and tries to make AL Gore’s Video “An unconvinient Thruth” look like a buch of crap, when it comes to CO2 and global warming!

So… I still think you should watch Al Gore’s global warming video, but you should also watch Channel 4′s version. HERE is the only link I found on the Internet where you can watch the video directly.

When I was watching Chanel 4′s version of global warming it seemed to me like it makes more sense than Al Gore’s version of global warming. But the way it ridicules Al Glore a bit and because it is trying to make you drop a tear at the end about the 3rd world it kind of gave me the feeling that they are trying a bit hard to convince you, and if the “facts” are true – why is such a thing necessary? But hey, please judge for yourself.

I am really not sure what to believe… but I will try to follow up on this subject and maybe one day I will really know who and what is right and wrong. The conspiracy theory guy in me says: The Big guys want to increase the price on oil and in the same time deliver less, so they force people to use less oil while still having to pay the same or better even more, by taxing them, for polluting the atmosphere when using it. So… I’d have to agree with the version of Channel 4.
