Head of the Cairo University Archaeology Department, Dr Ala Shaheen in December 2010 had told an audience that there might be truth to the theory that aliens helped the ancient Egyptians build the oldest of pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza.
On being further questioned by Mr Marek Novak, a delegate from Poland as to whether the pyramid might still contain alien technology or even a UFO with its structure, Dr Shaheen, was vague and replied “I can not confirm or deny this, but there is something inside the pyramid that is “not of this world”.
NOTE: This post is evolving, with new information being added as they become available.
Elenin is a comet like no other we have encountered, and it is currently coming into our Solar System. Elenin is estimated to have an orbital period of about 3,600 – 10,000 years, and believed to pass by between the earth and the sun on 16 October 2011.
The information and details are constantly changing and contradicting each other, like size, mass, and the actual distance it will be from earth when it comes later this year. It is being carefully observed by over 1,300 telescopes and widely discussed on the respective forums of stargazers. The common conclusion on those forums is that the comet is probably bigger than our moon (500 km – 10,000 km diameter), with a coma (a very tenuous gas cloud) of about 25,000 – 100,000km diameter, while NASA currently says the coma is ~80,000km, and nucleus only ~3-4km. Although, some suggest that Elenin is not a comet, but rather a minor planet, which could mean that what we see is actual solid matter.
A chilling report prepared for President Medvedev by Minister Serdyukov of the Russian Defense Ministry on the building of an additional 5,000 underground ‘bomb’ shelters in Moscow warns that even though progress is being made, the appearance of the new Comet Elenin in our Solar System means “additional resources” will have to be added “immediately” as the 2012 timeline for completion “may not be soon enough”. Sparking the fears of Minister Serdyukov, he says in this report, is that based upon the new orbit calculations for Comet Elenin, it appears in “all likelihood” that this celestial object is under some type of “intelligent control” and will approach our Earth “much closer” than originally thought this coming fall season.
I’ve stumbled upon this interesting piece of text…
It may be preposterous to assume that intelligent life everywhere in the universe must derive only from slime and take an independent path to a random end. More likely, the moment that any life-form becomes advanced enough to travel in space, it does so, leaving its seed wherever it chooses to do so, and genetically engineering what it pleases, thus dominating the apparent choice of appearance. There are strong intelligence-enhancing reasons why we have two legs, two eyes, two arms, etc., as do other relatively intelligent beings on this planet like the mountain gorillas. If we can genetically engineer corn to kill Monarch butterflies, then surely ETs can mold local life-forms to reflect their own chosen characteristics, such as a humanoid appearance. It would be much more surprising if intelligent life everywhere were radically different from us in general appearances. The Star Wars bar scene may be much less likely than the films ET or Close Encounters.
It is also instructive, especially for fundamentalists who prefer their Bible straight-up to review Genesis 1:26 in the original Greek:
“And the elohim [plural] said, ‘Let us [plural] make the Adam in our [plural] image, after our [plural] likeness…’”
What’s with the “we” business? Why have we papered over this interesting choice of holy words and made a singular male God out the text? Whose idea was that? There are many scholars today who believe that a revision of the Bible is in order, going back to the most ancient of roots and re-examining our true origins. We may be the ETs. Zechariah Sitchin, in particular, (see The 12th Planet, for example) has championed the idea that humankind derives from an ET origin. If so, then it should not be surprising that we are indeed made in their image.
